California Olive Oil Company is family owned and operated. We have one passion when it comes to olive oil – to simply produce the best certified 100% California grown extra virgin olive oil.

Our estate olive groves, along with associate growers are located in California’s olive rich Northern Sacramento Valley. In the fall, fresh olives are sent to the mill within hours of harvest. Following the milling process, the Olio Nuevo (new olive oil) is allowed to rest in nitrogen enriched cool storage to develop character. The olive oil is then blended by experts for a balance of flavors and well rounded attributes.
